  • Customers- Individuals, Organisations, Institutions who uses the platform to avail various services provided by the listed service providers.
  • Service Providers- Individuals, Organisations, Institutions who are listed in the platform as Providers in the field of chitty and wealth handling related activities offering their services to the Individuals, Organisations, Institutions etc. who use the Platform to avail the listed services
  • Hosting provider – The Service provider who provides the cloud space and storage for the Platform
  • Payment Gateway – An external payment gateway which supports the Platform to make virtual financial transactions.
  • Site/Platform - Application/ Platform/portal/ website/ DICHIT

By adding your address and other location details you are providing the consent to DICHIT to anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your PIN/ZIP code and country.  All the above information shall be used by us to locate, identify, receive payments, impart information, serve you to meet the purpose of our business etc.

  • Provide core functionalities like chit subscriptions, payment processing, and auction management.
  • Maintain platform security, detect suspicious activity, and safeguard your account.
  • Comply with legal obligations, financial regulations, and audit requirements.

By signing this Privacy Policy you clearly understand and acknowledge that the data (“User Content”) you save on Platform is your responsibility. Your messages are generally only viewable by the parties who are permitted by you. DICHIT does not access with or interfere with the data or communication you make through our space unless requested by you or any legal authorities to provide support and we will not be responsible for its content and use by third parties. The Personal Information shared by you in your User Content is your responsibility and we do not have any liability or responsibility for it being used or misused by third parties. Protecting the financial and banking data of parties and third parties are especially important. For that reason, DICHIT does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information on the Platform from users under 18 years of age, and no part of our website is directed to persons under 18. If you are under 18 years of age, then you are mandated not to use or access the Website at any time or in any manner without verified parental consent. If DICHIT learns that personally identifiable information of persons below 18 years of age has been collected on the Website without verified parental consent, then DICHIT will take appropriate steps to delete this information.

Protecting insider information or data is the responsibility of the information or data owner. DICHIT do not ask for any insider information or promote any one to share their insider information with others thorough the Platform or otherwise. If anyone, be it an organization or a member share their insider information that will be at the risk of the person who shares the same.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Your account may be terminated from our side in the following cases:

  • If we receive three customer complaints of nonperformance, lack of quality, or any other serious allegations consecutively in a six-month rolling period.

If you observe that someone has infringed your rights, or believe that someone has submitted without your permission, to Platform, any content which is not yours or any matter defaming you or the organization be it a link to a photograph, video, or digital image which you consider is vulgar or is objectionable, please contact us at  info@dichit.money, and we will expedite its removal as quickly as possible. DICHIT respects your privacy and prohibits the posting of such content without consent.
